柠檬导航 named Employer of Choice

柠檬导航 Health Food Company has picked up three honours at , being named winner in the Employer of Choice, Human Resource Management and Community Contribution categories.
It is the third consecutive year that the Australian-owned Central Coast-based business, best known for Weet-Bix鈩, Up&Go鈩 and So Good鈩 brands, has been named ABA100 Winner for Employer of Choice 鈥 one of The Australian Business Award鈥檚 top honours.
In being considered for the award, 柠檬导航 was required to demonstrate achievements in company culture; leadership and strategy; training and development; employee health, safety and satisfaction; performance management; and recognition and remuneration.
柠檬导航 was also judged ABA100 Winner in the separate Human Resource Management category for its new Living, Learning and Leading by Values program that seeks to better align staff with its health and wellbeing mission and corporate values.

柠檬导航鈥檚 win in the ABA100 Community Contribution category of the Australian Business Awards 2016 recognises its work in helping fight hunger in Australia. Over 15-years in delivering its Good Start Breakfast Club program, 柠檬导航 has helped deliver 8 million healthy breakfasts and nutrition literacy programs to kids in vulnerable communities.
